Standard Shipping - The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany

We offer reliable standard shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Delivery time: on average 4-10 working days, excluding processing time.
Free shipping is automatically applied to checkout based on your location and order value:

  • The Netherlands & Belgium → Free from € 50

  • Germany → Free from € 50

  • Rest of Europe → Free from € 100

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods (such as holidays or promotions) this can amount to a maximum of 5 working days.

During processing, quality controls are carried out on fabric, size, finish and packaging, to ensure that your order meets our standards.

Once your order has been sent, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace Link by e-mail (and by SMS if specified). Take into account 1–3 business days before tracking information becomes active in the system.


Delivery time & Shipping

The estimated delivery time after processing is:

  • The Netherlands / Belgium / Germany: 4–10 working days

In exceptional cases, shipments can be delayed by local handling or customs. In rare cases, the delivery time can rise to 25 working days.

NB: Restitutions are not provided in the event of delays that fall outside our control (such as customs controls or logistics malfunctions at the carrier).


Damaged or missing articles

Has your package been damaged? Then report this Within 5 working days of receipt via info@morphletex.comor via it Contact form on our website.
Add clear photos of the damage and the packaging so that we can help you quickly.

With missing articles we also ask to add a photo of the packing slip.

Damage to packaging, where the product itself is fully functional, does not entitle the right to replacement or reimbursement.


Delivered but not received

Shows your tracking status "delivered", but have you not received anything?
Then submit a claim to the carrier.
Send us the proof of loss or an official claim confirmation so that we can help you further.

Claims for delivered packages are not accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.


Change

Do you want to change something about your order (such as address, product or quantity)?

This is possible within 12 hours of placing your order, provided that your order has not yet been processed or sent.
After this period we can no longer guarantee changes, and we are not responsible for incorrect data, such as an incorrect delivery address.

Cancel order

Cancellations are possible for up to 12 hours after placing your order, as long as the order has not yet been processed or sent.
After this period we can no longer guarantee a cancellation because it is possible that your order is already on the road.

Pre-Orders & partial deliveries

Does your order consist of items that are on pre-order or in order?
Then available items are sent immediately.
The other products are automatically supplied as soon as they are available again.
